The Marquees.

All marquees have new roofs. They will continue to be fully lined with fresh white muslin and lit by brass chandeliers. We have purchased a large number of discreet uplighters which will give a wonderful effect to the muslin walls.
New carpets have been ordered throughout the marquees. There will be a double lining under these to help give a “pile” effect. There will no longer be a ridge under the carpet between the two main marquees. There is no additional charge for these changes.

The Marquee Entrance.

A new “Chinese hat” porch marquee has been ordered. This is lined and “curtained” to give an opulent effect. Again no additional charge.

Pathway to the marquees from the house.

A new pathway across the lawn is being constructed. This will be covered by red carpet initially for the Guests arrival into the Wedding Breakfast. At night it is lit the whole way along either side.

The Walled Garden.

The centre aisle is currently being replanted and the central pathway now has wooden edging. The Summer House will be repainted in the spring. The new Arbour halfway down the central aisle is now nearly complete. These improvements will give the Walled Garden a magical effect.

Registration for Civil Ceremonies.

The application has been made to the Registrar’s Office and is currently being processed. This means that provisional bookings can now be made for a Registrar for your Civil Ceremony, if applicable. The rooms to be used will be the Hall for up to 80 Guests and the Drawing Room for up to 30 Guests.

The Moroccan Tent.

We are delighted to offer you this unique tent which is joined to and behind the main marquee. It is richly furnished and makes an ideal sitting-out room. Included in the cost will be a beautiful young belly Dancer who will serve Turkish coffee, help Guests select Arabic costumes from the old Morrocan Chest if they wish, and she will dance several times during the evening.
Morrocan background music and authentic Morrocan incense complete the mystical atmosphere.

The Butler.

Masters has worked at Culeaze Manor in other capacities for many years. He has now been appointed Butler to Culeaze Manor. Masters, resplendent in his white tie and tail coat will greet the Guests and will be personally responsible for looking after the Newly-Weds. For a small additional charge he will wear his red tail coat and perform the duties of Master of Ceremonies.
